I began my real estate career as a young single mother and discovered that my greatest strength was helping people work through real-life challenges. Twenty-eight years later, that passion has grown into a specialty: helping families navigate inherited properties.

This work is personal to me. I handled my parents’ estate sale and the sale of their home and car. I understand how overwhelming it can feel to sort through a lifetime of belongings while figuring out what comes next. Helping relatives, friends, and clients through similar situations showed me I have a knack for simplifying complicated problems and keeping things moving.

When you call me, we start with your situation and your property. I help you create a clear game plan, bringing together the right people, from estate sale companies and cleanout crews to maintenance professionals, renovation contractors, and probate attorneys. I coordinate the real estate steps and work alongside your attorney throughout the process.

My superpower is seeing a path forward when everything feels overwhelming, and helping you follow that path, step by step, toward a successful closing.

When a house is part of the estate

You're grieving, and suddenly you're in charge of a house. Here's what families usually face, and how I help.

Nobody explained the probate process.

I explain each step in plain language, so you always know what comes next.

A house full of a lifetime of belongings.

You don't have to sort through it alone or all at once. We'll decide together what makes sense.

Family to keep on the same page.

I keep everyone in the loop so decisions don't stall, from the first conversation to closing day.

Questions

Questions executors ask

Can I sell the house before probate is finished?

It depends on your authority from the court. I work with your attorney so the sale happens at the right point in the process.

Do I have to empty the house first?

Not always. We'll talk through selling as-is versus clearing it out, and I can connect you with clean-out help.

I live out of state. Can you still help?

Yes. I can be your eyes and ears on the property and keep you updated every step of the way.

What does it cost to talk with you?

Nothing. The first conversation is free and there's no obligation.
