Nice to meet you

Steady guidance for the hardest kind of home sale.

For 28 years, I've helped families across Chicagoland buy and sell homes, from traditional sales to the complicated ones. Today I focus on the situations most agents shy away from: inherited and estate properties.

As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®), I'm trained to guide older adults and their families through later-life moves. I know what it's like to walk into a home filled with someone's whole life. My job is to take the real-estate weight off your shoulders, work alongside your attorney, and help you reach a result your family feels good about.

“Real people. Real situations. Real results.”

Sound familiar?

You just became responsible for a house you never planned on.

You were named executor. Maybe you're grieving. And suddenly there's a home full of belongings, a stack of mail, and a probate process nobody explained to you.

?Where do I even start, and what can I do before probate is settled?
?Who pays the taxes, utilities and insurance while the house sits empty?
?Do we clean it out, fix it up, or sell it as-is?
?How do I keep my family on the same page?

You don't have to figure this out alone. That's exactly where I come in.

Common questions

Executors often ask

Can I sell the house before probate is finished?

It depends on your authority from the court. I work with your attorney so the sale happens at the right point in the process.

Do I have to empty the house first?

Not always. We'll talk through selling as-is versus clearing it out, and I can connect you with clean-out help.

I live out of state. Can you still help?

Yes. I can be your eyes and ears on the property and keep you updated every step of the way.

What does it cost to talk with you?

Nothing. The first conversation is free and there's no obligation.
