Meet Kris
I got into real estate as a young single mother and found my calling helping families through big moves. Twenty-eight years later, I focus on the moves most agents shy away from: inherited and estate homes.
I know what it's like to walk into a house filled with someone's whole life. I take the real estate weight off your shoulders and work alongside your attorney. I'm happy to help in English, Polish or Slovak.

Can I sell the house before probate is finished?
It depends on your authority from the court. I work with your attorney so the sale happens at the right point in the process.
Do I have to empty the house first?
Not always. We'll talk through selling as-is versus clearing it out, and I can connect you with clean-out help.
I live out of state. Can you still help?
Yes. I can be your eyes and ears on the property and keep you updated every step of the way.
